A reader question: What makes you excited while having sex?

Well, well... I'm glad you asked because asking someone what makes them excited during sex is an excellent practice. If we don't know what our lovers like, how can we please them? The list of likes will be different from person to person, but this question was asked of me, specifically. So here we go:

I like a tuned-in lover: shared pleasure-seeking, caressing the skin, kissing and breathplay on the erogenous zones, an oral appetizer (giving and/or receiving), hearing noises (moans or things like, "Oh, fuuuuuuck!"), maybe even a swat on the ass or hair-pulling.

What makes me excited during sex depends on the vibe, but mostly, I appreciate a lover who can read that vibe.
